Returning to my family’s home is the reason this one is FREE for all kids aged 6 to 17.

What a session! 🔥 The energy at training today was absolutely unreal. Everyone brought the vibes, and the athletes soaked up every second of it.

We had an absolute masterclass today! Here we see Critta breaking down the art of the carry. Three key teaching cues to remember: Step. Tuck. Palm. ✋ And never forget the importance of carrying the ball in two hands to keep the defense guessing!

It was a real “pinch yourself” moment watching former students, Stephen, Sean O’Sullivan, and Mace Andrew, stepping up and becoming incredible mentors to the next generation. Full circle moments like these are what it’s all about.

A massive shoutout and special mention to Darren Nicholls and Jack Hudson, who played a pivotal role today alongside Critta, Sean, and Mace. The future is in great hands! 🏉💪
